About the Role
As a Project Specialist AI & Digital Solutions you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will help ensure projects are executed efficiently from intake and prioritization through implementation and value realization while leveraging modern technologies such as Generative AI automation and low-code/no-code platforms.
In this role you will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to improve delivery effectiveness accelerate innovation and enable the adoption of AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity decision-making and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how digital solutions are delivered while contributing to Carriers transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist AI & Digital Solutions youll be responsible for:

• Managing digital and AI-related projects throughout the entire lifecycle including intake planning execution implementation and closure.

• Supporting the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices including Generative AI tools copilots automation technologies and low-code/no-code solutions.

• Coordinating project governance activities ensuring alignment with business priorities timelines budgets quality standards and risk management requirements.

• Facilitating project intake prioritization resource planning and portfolio tracking activities.

• Developing and maintaining project dashboards KPIs and executive reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI Jira ServiceNow Asana or similar solutions.

• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI for process automation reporting improvements predictive insights and increased delivery efficiency.

• Collaborating with business leaders product teams engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Monitoring project risks dependencies and issues while driving mitigation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supporting agile delivery methodologies including Scrum Kanban and hybrid project management approaches.

• Promoting a culture of innovation accountability and data-driven decision-making across digital initiatives.

Requirements
We are looking for people who are analytical innovative collaborative and passionate about leveraging technology and AI to solve business challenges.
As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

• 3 years of experience managing digital technology transformation or business improvement projects.

• Experience leading projects from intake and requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.

• Practical experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT Copilot Gemini or similar platforms within a professional environment.

• Experience participating in AI-related initiatives proof of concepts (PoCs) automation projects or AI solution implementations.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum Kanban or traditional project management methodologies.

• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira Power BI Asana ServiceNow or similar platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management communication and organizational skills.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:

• Experience with AI governance Responsible AI or enterprise AI adoption initiatives.

• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.

• PMI Scrum Master Agile or related project management certifications.

• Experience supporting digital product delivery or software development teams.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies data analytics or digital product management.
