How do you add value to the role

The PM manages the planning implementation and quality of projects and programs executed by the company in the field of industrial production system automation. The Project Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing assigned personnel and resources and also contributes to new business development by leveraging experience and knowledge of the customers and/or business lines served.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline (Professional License is required).
  • Master in Manufacturing Systems or Business.
  • Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory).
  • Passport and VISA are required.

Experience

  • 5 years participating in capital equipment projects.
  • 4 years leading projects and work teams.
  • 4 years in factory automation projects (Automotive Industry preferred)

Knowledge

  • Extensive Knowledge of industrial applications and processes related to factory automation.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes preferred in the automotive industry.
  • Full ability to interpret technical specifications and requirements for industrial environments and processes; identify tasks actions and risks; plan activities; and define relevant milestones.
  • Ability to understand new technologies and methods in the manufacturing field as well as techniques technologies and equipment used in industrial automation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures that business projects are executed efficiently and effectively by implementing project management methodologies standards and both digital and traditional tools within the framework and processes defined by the company.
  • Leads communicates and promotes project lifecycle concepts including planning resource management execution monitoring control and project closeout as well as the implementation of best practices and the adoption of modern and agile management methodologies.
  • Manages the customer relationship for assigned projects keeping the customer informed of project status progress risks and the countermeasures to be implemented. Schedules meetings prepares reports and documents established agreements.
  • Manages the financial resources allocated to each project and maintains records and oversight of project progress. Conducts planning activities with the project team identifies risks and proposes countermeasures. Keeps each projects metrics dashboard up to date and reports project status and progress to Management.
  • Manages work teams composed of resources from both the assigned department and other areas of the organization. Identifies objectives to be achieved and facilitates planning activities the development of solutions for the customer and the internal and external flow of information.
  • During project execution assigns activities to team members monitors their progress and works with technical departments to ensure the delivery of the goods and services to be provided to the customer.
  • Participates in defining and clarifying project scope engages all relevant stakeholders and ensures the technical feasibility of the solution to be delivered to the customer.
  • Establishes business relationships with customers and identifies new opportunities to be communicated and developed jointly with the Commercial Department.
