The opportunity

As a Project Manager you will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives including capital projects product transfers and new product introductions. You will work at the heart of operations collaborating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing IT real estate HR and supply chain to deliver high-quality results.

How youll make an impact
- Define project scope timelines and financial plans
- Manage project execution within approved budgets and schedules
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions and locations
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point for risks
- Drive effective communication through reports meetings and updates
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and ITM processes
- Coach and guide project teams to achieve objectives
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management operations or continuous improvement
- Experience managing capital or construction-related projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
