The opportunity

As a Project Manager you will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives including capital projects product transfers and new product introductions. You will work at the heart of operations collaborating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing IT real estate HR and supply chain to deliver high-quality results.

How youll make an impact

• Define project scope timelines and financial plans
• Manage project execution within approved budgets and schedules
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions and locations
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point for risks
• Drive effective communication through reports meetings and updates
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and ITM processes
• Coach and guide project teams to achieve objectives
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management operations or continuous improvement
• Experience managing capital or construction-related projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
