We are currently searching for a Project Manager:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Lead project planning scope definition scheduling resource allocation and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders maintaining regular communication status reporting and escalation management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development engineering QA vendors) to ensure alignment and remove impediments.
- Manage change control track dependencies and ensure acceptance criteria are met for project deliverables.
- Track financials and budgets forecast resource needs and report on cost variances and benefits realization.
- Establish and maintain project documentation: plans schedules RAID logs (risks assumptions issues dependencies) meeting minutes and lessons learned.
- Facilitate project ceremonies (kickoffs stand-ups retrospectives steering committee meetings) and decision-making forums.
- Implement and enforce delivery processes quality gates and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery performance and applying lessons learned.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading and managing several teams.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.
Desired
- Proven experience managing medium-to-large projects in IT software delivery or business transformation.
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
- Advanced Spanish.
