Job Summary

General Purpose:

Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes andresources andmanagingan organizationin order toachieve and maintain operational excellence.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.

• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.

• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.

• Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.

• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement production and engineering services policies and practices.

• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.

• Report toSenior Managementteam in weekly operations reviews.

• Coach and mentor Operationsteam.

• Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.

• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

Experience were looking to add to our team:

• Completed education.
• Experience as a Production Superintendent.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
• Knowledge of 4Q (Excel).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience with SMT Backend and Box Build processes.
• Follow-up on Work Order closures.
• English: Basic.
• Experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams (CFTs).
• Availability to work flexible schedules
