We are looking for a Production Planner who is a pivotal one at the factory where a balance needs tobe created between production output and customer demand.
The position is based in Queretaro factory Mexico reporting to the Planning & Logistics Manager.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
As a Production Planner you will:
- Support production planning and improve operational performance within Queretaro Factory;
- Schedule orders according to factory capacity factory project schedule constraints production priority orderETD request production lead time;
- Effectively balance customer demand and capacities to ensure delivery on time;
- Optimizing production cycles;
- Coordinate production plans within maintenance plan and projects;
- Drive deviations within Customer Orders;
- Plan and Order base materials and consumables;
- Management as user: SAP P2 Planning P2 Production;
- Secure implementation of global production planning standards and tools;
- Drive Inventory Levels WIP and Finish Goods;
- Drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) expansion in Production Planning and collaboration with SupplyChain cells and WCM pillars;
- Contribute to company Key Performance Indicators implementation Loss Deployment reporting and actions.
- Bachelors degree in engineering industrial logistics or related career;
- English language advanced (spoken and written);
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning in manufacturing industry;
- Desirable SAP knowledge;
- Intermediate Excel level (Fx pivot tables graphics create reports in general) and Power Point indispensable;
- Strategic thinking;
- Driving win-win solutions;
- Strong in issue resolutions;
- Strong communication skills (assertive) responsible attitude;
- Self-motivated team player.
