Delinea is seeking a Product Manager to join our organization and lead our endpoint privilege management product line a core pillar of our SaaS-first identity security portfolio. This strategic role owns the product vision roadmap and delivery of customer-centric features that advance our leadership in endpoint privilege management.

As part of a globally distributed team you will work cross-functionally with Engineering Product Marketing UX and Technical Writing to bring secure scalable features to market. You will also engage customers partners and internal stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable requirements.

Based in Mexico City this role offers a hybrid (Monday Tuesday and Wednesday) work environment with strong regional team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy for Delineas endpoint privilege management solution.

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog collaborating with agile teams to deliver iterative value.

• Engage customers partners and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.

• Partner with Engineering QA and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery.

• Work with Product Marketing to inform positioning messaging and pricing strategies.

• Enable internal teams with the context and training needed for successful launches.

• Balance current customer needs with opportunities in new market segments.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field (Masters degree preferred).

• 4 years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment; startup or scale-up experience a plus.

• 4 years of experience in software SaaS or cloud security-related roles.

• Strong domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) infrastructure services and enterprise IT environments (e.g. Active Directory).

• Experience with endpoint security products (e.g. endpoint protection EDR or privileged access management) is highly desirable.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling product offerings.

• Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
