We are searching for the best talent for Process Engineer II (3rd Shift).

Purpose: Identifies and develops internal areas of opportunities through the DMAIIC methodology andtools of Excellency in processes with the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of theproducts and continue with the culture of continuous improvement and follows up in quality andregulatory requirements comprehended in the business strategy.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal state and local laws/regulations and CorporateJohnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines this position:

• Identifies designs and develops the necessary equipment.

• Performs material tests.

• Studies the processes to implement improvements.

• Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.

• Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.

• Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturingsafety and environment requirements.

• Participates in saving and capital proyects

• Responsible of complying with finance metrics

• Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality safety cost service andregulatory compliance requirements.

• Performs activities of process/product validation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPERVISION ENGINEERS II:

• Can supervise coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group oftechnicians.

• Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner in performance anddevelopment plans for personnel in charge.

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next managementlevel

• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmentalpractices as applicable.

• For those who supervise or manage a staff responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow allCompany guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices and that allresources needed to do so are available and in good condition if applicable

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal State local and
  Company regulations policies and procedures

• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Engineering any specialty.

• Masters in science and/or certification is recommended.

• Preferably 2 to 4 years in a similar position.

• Preferably knowledge in the medical industry.

• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medicalindustry.

• Experiment design

• Knowledge in statistical analysis tools

• Management of statistical procedures.

• Knowledge of computer programs.

• Oral and written communication in Spanish

• Process Engineer II: Strong comprehension of standard costs and work standards.

• Process Engineer II: Advanced English
