About the Role

Are you ready to redefine how global engineering teams capture and share knowledge As a Process Development Engineer (Documentation Specialist) you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation. Join us in architecting the future of engineering through digital innovation

You will lead the strategy to standardize documentation across our Personal Care and Home Care categories leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to turn raw technical data into global best practices. Based in our Mission Hills Plant you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and digital innovation ensuring our global plants operate with world-class precision.

Responsibilities

• Architect Global Standards: Research and synthesize best practices from global engineering teams and suppliers to create high-impact Technical Information Letters (TILs).

• Drive Digital Transformation: Design implement and manage intelligent agents simulators and digital systems using AI frameworks to automate and optimize technical workflows.

• Leverage AI Ecosystems: Use tools like Gemini and NotebookLM to analyze vast datasets streamline documentation and support global innovation goals.

• Influence & Collaborate: Partner with engineering leads across worldwide plants to validate equipment designs and installation standards.

• Shape the Future: Build a centralized intelligent knowledge base that serves as the blueprint for current operations and future capital projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a strongly related technical field.

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing plants capital projects or engineering services with a strong grasp of process equipment.

• Advanced knowledge of the Google AI ecosystem (Gemini NotebookLM) AI frameworks for agent creation and database management.

• Intermediate to Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional technical writing and oral communication skills to distill complex info into clear actionable standards.

• High capacity for information synthesis and logical reasoning to solve complex engineering puzzles.

• Proven ability to lead projects by influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.

• A proactive approach to planning and prioritization with the ability to deliver high-stakes results under minimal supervision.

Contract Type: Temporary (10-month term).
