We are seeking a Principal Account Manager to join our global Aeromexico Sales and Account Management team where innovation knows no borders. This team accelerates revenue growth deepens customer partnerships and expands commercial opportunities across the airline technology ecosystem. It aligns customer strategy with Sabres core solutions to ensure long-term commercial success and continuous market expansion. As a Principal Account Manager in Mexico you will serve as the primary commercial owner for a major airline account in Latin America driving sustainable growth account strategy and long-term value creation. You will navigate complex global matrix environments guide cross-functional execution and turn market analysis into clear commercial momentum. This role requires sharp business acumen strong negotiation skills and the confidence to challenge traditional sales methods to solve complex customer challenges.
What youll do
- Lead annual account sales strategy commercial negotiations renewals and new growth initiatives to maximize account value.
- Evolve sales planning practices and pipeline forecasting using market landscape analysis to secure sustainable regional revenue targets.
- Partner with product delivery and care teams to align account initiatives with broader corporate strategy and operational goals.
- Establish trusted executive-level relationships across the customer organization to position Sabre as a premier technology partner.
- Apply generative AI and workflow automation tools to streamline revenue forecasting accelerate account analysis and refine reporting quality.
What youll bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales consulting or account management within airline IT travel tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise technology deals leading strategic negotiations and driving account revenue expansion.
- Strong expertise in travel tech market dynamics competitive landscapes and enterprise solution selling across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence global matrix stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Practical experience using generative AI automation or analytics tools to enhance sales planning account research and team productivity.
