Post Sales Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 8 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in post-sales support technical consulting or professional services.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure cloud networking cybersecurity or related technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and customer-facing engagements.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence technical decisions across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced post-sales technical support and consulting to customers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor for assigned technologies and solutions.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and critical escalations.
• Manage and deliver technical projects ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and service optimization.
