PLC programmer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC software for EOL systems.
• Implement and troubleshoot ACS PLC PC communication.
• Develop and support LabVIEW-based test automation applications.
• Configure industrial communication protocols (OPC UA Profinet Ethernet/IP Modbus TCP).
• Support FAT SAT commissioning and production ramp-up.
• Prepare technical documentation and validation reports.
• Ensure compliance with CE UKCA ISO 13849 IEC 62061 and IEC 61508 requirements.

Must-Have Skills

• 58 years in Industrial Automation / PLC Programming.
• Strong experience in Siemens TIA Portal (preferred) Allen Bradley or Beckhoff.
• Hands-on LabVIEW development and test automation.
• Experience with ACS systems and machine integration.
• Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols.
• Safety PLC and machine safety implementation experience.

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Mechatronics Automation or related field.
• Functional Safety certification is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing/EOL testing environments.
