- Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration MBA desirable
- Experience:3 years as a Plant Manager
- Deep knowledge of automotive cut-and-sew industrial processes
- Exceptional communication organization and team leadership skills
- Inventory Management
- English proficient verbal and written (B2-C1)
