We are currently searching for a Performance Tester:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Conduct performance load stress and endurance testing.
• Develop browser-based and protocol-level tests including file upload and multipart transaction testing.
• Model concurrent user and transaction volumes to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end customer journey scripting across multiple systems.
• Execute backend monitoring and telemetry correlation during testing.
• Isolate bottlenecks across applications middleware databases and dependencies.
• Perform capacity and breakpoint analysis as well as synthetic monitoring for critical customer journeys.
• Define and manage performance NFRs acceptance criteria and release gates.
• Compare test results with actual production behavior and provide clear root-cause documentation and remediation validation.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Strong experience with LoadRunner JMeter Gatling k6 or a comparable performance testing tool.
• Proven experience in performance testing applications developed in Java specifically involving WebSphere WebLogic and Oracle.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
