Job Summary

People Team Spec III (Talent Acquisition)in GAC Mexicali

Unique Skills:

This position will be responsible for executing and driving full-cycle recruitment activities to attract identify assess and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. Partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies maintain strong candidate pipelines deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements while supporting the companys talent acquisition strategy.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.

Minimum 3years of experience in Talent Acquisition Human Resources Recruiting and/or Onboarding.

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for professional technical and leadership-level positions.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies in competitive talent markets.

Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning activities.

Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruitment technologies and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards talent databases etc.) preferred.

Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Strong interviewing assessment and candidate evaluation skills.

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong customer service stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives or recruitment-related projects preferred.

Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree. 3 years of experience on HR related activities.
