People Operations Lead – LATAM
Job Summary
The People Operations Lead - LATAM plays a key role in supporting People Operations activities across the LATAM serving as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico. This position acts as a bridge between employees leaders and the U.S. People Operations team helping ensure consistent and positive employee experience while supporting the effective execution of People programs processes and initiatives.
The role is responsible for coordinating employee lifecycle activities maintaining HR data and documentation supporting performance and development processes coordinating local recruiting efforts and facilitating the local implementation of regional and global People initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role that offers broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources including employee relations HR operations talent development performance management employee experience and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes across LATAM including onboarding employee changes transfers and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records personnel documentation HR files and organizational data.
Process hires terminations status changes and other employee updates within HR systems.
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico providing guidance on policies procedures documentation and People-related matters.
Coordinate with Finance Legal Benefits providers and external vendors as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment when handling employee information.
Maintain records and supporting information required for payroll processing.
People Programs & Talent Processes
Support performance management processes including communications documentation tracking and follow-up with leaders and employees.
Coordinate follow-up on employee development plans and career growth discussions.
Support the implementation and coordination of learning and development programs across LATAM.
Assist with employee engagement culture and recognition initiatives.
Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
Partner with global learning development & innovation team to roll out customized growth and education programs.
Regional Coordination & Business Partnership
Act as a key liaison between LATAM employees leaders and the U.S. People team.
Support the local implementation of global policies programs and initiatives.
Identify and communicate local employment practices requirements and business considerations.
Participate in regional and global People projects and coordinate local execution and follow-up.
Support HR reporting and tracking of key People metrics.
Recruiting
Support recruiting activities as needed including candidate screening interview coordination candidate communications offers sending hiring process follow-up and onboarding. Collaborate with leaders throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development Industrial Relations or a related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish - both written and verbal.
5 years of relevant experience preferred in Human Resources People Operations HR Administration or a related function.
Working knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment practices.
Experience coordinating multiple projects stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong proficiency with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and systems.
High attention to detail organization and follow-through.
