Job Summary
Join our dynamic Finance team as we expand our global footprint with a new Centre of Excellence (CENX) in Mexico! Building on the success of our established CENX locations in Mumbai and Bucharest were excited to strengthen our presence in the Americas and support YouGovs growth.
As part of this team youll report to the O2C Assistant Manager and play a crucial role in managing client billing and accurate revenue recognition across our global network. Youll be involved in various aspects of order-to-cash processes including invoicing collections account receivables and order management. Additionally youll collaborate closely with sales and operational teams to address unbilled or deferred revenue ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience. - Generate and process sales invoices based on purchase orders and other internal protocols.
- Manage customer portals and oversee the onboarding of new clients in line with the credit policy.
- Support both internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the collection of payments from clients maintaining clear and effeive communication.
- Focus primarily on the Americas region with opportunities to contribute to global processes and support other regions as part of the CENX Team.
- Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to financial accounting controls and procedures.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales order and billing processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to deliver results meet deadlines/SLAs and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure demonstrating resilience and tenacity
