Operations Associate Ratings Operations Support (RWS)

Fitch Ratings Ratings Operations Support team is currently seeking an Operations Associate based out of our Monterrey office.

Ratings Operations Support is focused on creating the most efficient operating environment for the analytical teams by bringing consistency and standardization to all operational aspects of the rating process. This position involves working collaboratively with members of the analytical teams IT and others to ensure that procedures and applications developed to support the process meet the needs of the users and support compliance with the Companys overall business and regulatory requirements.

What You Need:

• Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with a strong desire to learn about the ratings process and applications used
• A strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Highly self-motivated strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with analytical IT and operations teams.
• A quick learner with excellent attention to detail

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• A bachelors degree is preferred
• Experience working within a support team who is used to handling system inquiries and solving problems
