We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to promoting health and safety in the workplace ensuring compliance with health regulations and supporting employee well-being.

Provide expert medical advice in health-related situations to safeguard employee well-being and minimize organizational risk. Drive targeted campaigns and educational communications to promote healthy work habits and foster a positive wellness-focused workplace culture.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Mexican occupational health legal frameworks and corporate standards.
Manage work-risk documentation issued by IMSS accurately and on time.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of employee medical examination programs.
Develop coach and hold medical personnel accountable for professional performance.
Maintain adequate inventory and management of medical supplies pharmaceuticals and equipment.
Deliver timely high-quality medical care and clinical support to employees.
Design and implement annual occupational health training initiatives.
Author and update controlled occupational health documents and procedures.
Develop and execute the annual ergonomics program across the site.
Drive the sites Health Awareness Program to encourage preventive care.
Monitor manage and improve psychosocial risk factors in line with compliance standards.
Promote holistic employee health initiatives focusing on body and mind wellness.
Do you have what it takes
Specialist Diploma (industrial medicine or occupational health) or Masters in Occupational Health.
Provide experience in occupational health managing industrial medical services
Strategic management of occupational health systems through the development of health operations procedures based on legal requirements and aligned with the highest standards.
Application of the official regulations related to health safety and the environment (IMSS SSA STPS and SEMARNAT).
Monitoring and improvement of integrated management systems related to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 methodologies for the analysis of health risks
Investigation and follow-up with the authority of accidents and occupational diseases prevention of ergonomic and psychosocial risks management of chemical substances
Creation and Management of health contingencies plan.
English fluent level.
Note: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores. This is not a remote position.
