• Experience building trusted relationships with key customers partners and senior stakeholders.
• Passion for developing people fostering collaboration and creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with the flexibility to travel across Mexico.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket automotive industrial or related B2B industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican aftermarket landscape distribution channels and key market trends.
