Are you ready to solve some of the worlds most complex data challenges at scale Were looking for a highly technical cloud computing architect to collaborate with our customers and partners on innovative Big Data and Analytics solutions that transform how organizations leverage their data.

At AWS youll work with cutting-edge technologies including real-time and batch-based data processing business intelligence and machine learning to help organizations build faster more cost-effective solutions on the cloud.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and architect customer analytics solutions by collaborating with AWS field teams and partners to help organizations effectively learn and implement AWS analytics services such as EMR Redshift Kinesis Lambda and RDS.
- Develop engagement strategies by working with solution architects account managers and professional services to create tailored analytics approaches for AWS territories and key accounts.
- Contribute to thought leadership by authoring external publications white papers and reference architectures and by providing internal training and coaching to solution architects consultants and trainers.
- Support customer success as a key member of the business development and account management team helping ensure organizations successfully build and migrate applications and services on the AWS platform.
- Capture and share best practices across the global AWS solution architect community to continuously improve how we support analytics implementations.

A day in the life
As an AWS Analytics Solutions Architect youll spend your time bridging the gap between our customers complex data challenges and AWSs powerful analytics services. You might begin your day designing a data warehousing solution using services like Redshift and EMR for a Fortune 500 company then shift to collaborating with our sales and professional services teams to refine an implementation strategy. Youll engage directly with solution architects and account managers to develop tailored analytics strategies for key accounts while also contributing thought leadership through blog posts white papers and reference architectures that guide the broader AWS community. Beyond these core activities youll mentor other technical teams capture best practices from implementations worldwide and stay current with industry trends across different market segments and verticals.

- 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- 8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
- 3 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

- 5 years of infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking experience
- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite S/4HANA SAP Business Warehouse SAP HANA SAP Business Objects etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA SAP Cloud Platform SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private
- Experience in SAP clean core design concepts including design and build using non-SAP technologies in domains such as Generative / Agentic AI and data & analytics
