We are currently searching for a Data Scientist:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
Participate in a strategic analytical transformation initiative within the financial sector to strengthen business decision-making.
Design and structure the analytical data layer and define critical business variables.
Develop statistical modeling and Machine Learning frameworks.
Establish a scalable methodological base to evolve analytical capabilities towards advanced automation and artificial intelligence models.
Translate financial business needs into data assets explainable models and actionable analytical tools applied to pricing liquidity and customer behavior.
Your Profile (Requirements)
Solid understanding of analytical data architecture logical and conceptual models Data Lakes and Data Marts.
Expertise in data lineage data quality and traceability.
Strong background in applied statistics including regression clustering decision trees propensity models and analytical scoring.
Proficiency in Machine Learning and feature engineering.
Mastery of Advanced SQL and programming in Python and/or R.
3 years of proven experience working within the Banking or Financial sector.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.
Desired
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
Intermediate Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
Advanced Spanish.
