Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Feasibility & Development Planning Manager plays a critical role in supporting Marriotts hotel growth strategy across the Caribbean and Latin America. This position leads market research financial analysis and strategic evaluations to assess new development conversion and acquisition opportunities. The Manager will oversee feasibility studies guide junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Marriotts brand and business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in the tourism and lodging industry advanced real estate finance skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. The Manager will report to the Director Feasibility & Development Planning and supervise Analysts within the team.
