Job Summary
In this BDM role you will:
- Own the full presales cycle from opportunity identification to closing complex cloud data and AI deals managing your pipeline in Salesforce with discipline and a results-first mindset.
- Design AWS-based solutions (EC2 S3 SageMaker Bedrock Redshift Glue) that connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes leading conversations with CTOs architects and executive teams with equal credibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to sharpen go-to-market execution and contribute to sales assets (case studies battlecards playbooks).
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate the adoption of US cultural and technical processes within the Colombian branch and the broader NOLA region.
Qualifications :
10 - 12 years of experience in business development presales or solution architecture in the technology sector
Proven track record closing high-value deals in cloud data or AI/ML
Strong functional knowledge of AWS: EC2 S3 SageMaker Bedrock Redshift Glue Athena
Experience working within or alongside the AWS Partner Network (APN)
Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies: MEDDIC Challenger or SPIN
Fluent English written and spoken required for international client and partner engagement
AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) desirable
