Buckland is looking for aMexican Customer Service Representative (Import Air Operations)What youll be doingThis position is responsible for the handling of the documentation preparation monitoring and coordinating of customs release of shipments for the import of commercial goods into Mexico and Mexican exports into the rest of the world in accordance with Mexican Customs we can offer youCompetitive salary and benefits package A friendly collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development & ongoing learningA chance to be part of a growing organizationYou will be responsible forTo provide the highest level of customer service to clients vendors and service providers in acquiring the proper import/export set up of Mexican IOR file with Buckland MX broker Portfolio Legal MX files on IOR and update forms in compliance on Mexican regulations early on calendar all shipments for customs clearance on timely fashion and ensure process flow based on best practices per shipment type: delegate and expedite shipment clearance through multiple ports with Buckland MX Vendors in accordance on clients priorities and on Compliance and monitor operations per types: V1 RT F4 A3 and other as daily tasks in an efficient manner; prioritize activities and define urgent process reviews for Warehouse and office of mid to high volume shipment clearance for daily and weekly reports based on shipment status for Air Summary Shipment for Liquidation Box duties or projects as we need from youHigh School Diploma or 2 years in custom brokerage or logistics MS Office level of organization time management and attention to detail. Completion of complex Legislation in Foreign Trade Business knowledgeBilingual in Spanish/English is a plusMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
