Job Summary
Description
- Oversee and train nurses of the different shifts to ensure the steady and quality function of the medical service.
- First aid assistance in case of emergency
- Medical Care in the first instance to all employees subcontractors and contractors
- Monitoring the IMSS to cases of disabling accident
- Follow up the corrective actions and the safety observations in order to reduce of unsafe conditions and work risks.
- Support in the process to perform analyses ergonomics in order to reduction and elimination of work risks
- Plane organize and schedule campaigns and preventive health programs for workers.
- Communication with the public health system SSA IMSS in order to search for supplies for health programs.
- Perform the audits of hygienic manipulation of food in the cafeteria area and perform the microbiologic filters of new employees of cafeteria team.
- Collaborate with reports of accidents incidents daily assistance and all information that can serve as measurable of workers health.
- Responsible for the inventory of medical service order medication material and / or equipment
- Managing the delivery of adapted eyeglasses in agreement with the optical
- Scheduling periodic medical examinations to staff from different areas that require it to comply with regulations of STPS
- Direct support to medical plant in conducting examinations for new employees
- Perform accident and incident investigation and other health damage.
- Follow any employee who suffers an incident and / or accident from inception to reintegration into your workspace.
