Warehouse Coordinator
Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator leads daytoday warehouse operations at Polaris Monterrey overseeing warehouse supervisors and ensuring efficient execution of receiving storage picking and shipping activities. This role requires strong leadership operational discipline and experience working in highvolume environments to support production and logistics performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Logistics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in warehouse or materials operations.
Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with lean principles and inventorycontrol systems.
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and shift supervisors.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
Strong understanding of warehouse processes safety standards and operational workflows.
Effective communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to collaborate with logistics planning and production teams.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily warehouse activities across multiple shifts ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely material movement. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse supervisors and frontline personnel monitoring KPIs and driving continuousimprovement initiatives in safety quality and efficiency. The role collaborates with planning logistics and production teams to meet operational goals and enforces compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
