Manufacturing Sustaining Engineer Plant D

• Support and maintain existing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve product manufacturing supplier and field-related technical issues.
• Lead Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) documentation updates and product modifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to improve product reliability quality and cost efficiency.
• Support component obsolescence management and alternative part qualification.
• Drive cost reduction value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and approve design changes while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
• Support production lines by addressing technical concerns and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Maintain engineering documentation bills of materials (BOMs) drawings and specifications.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting products in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of engineering change management processes.
• Experience with CAD systems ERP/MRP platforms and engineering documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
