The opportunity

In this role you will lead and develop a team of production professionals while ensuring quality safety and efficiency across daily manufacturing activities. How youll make an impact
Lead coach and support a team of manufacturing employees to achieve production goals.
Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities to meet operational targets.
Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
Perform quality checks and inspections of in-process and finished products.
Troubleshoot production issues and partner with technical teams to resolve complex challenges.
Maintain accurate production records including output downtime and material usage.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement approved process enhancements.
Promote a culture of teamwork safety accountability and operational excellence.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in a manufacturing-related field is preferred.
35 years of experience in a manufacturing environment including 12 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Proven ability to lead motivate train and develop production teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents production schedules and operational instructions.
Strong communication problem-solving and computer skills; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an advantage.
