RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the following deliverables: Layout Line Balance Cell/Line Design Material Presentation Tooling and Fixturing Process Documentation Training and FPY
• Business Unit and Functional KPIs tracking and performance: Scrap Operation Supplies Change Over Standard Hrs
• Cost Reduction Projects
• Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work SMED Poke-Yoke
• Root Cause Analysis Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation
• Safety & Ergonomics: Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3years experienced in manufacturingprocess.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Bilingual. 90% (English spanish)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
• Computer skills in MS tools
• Should be creative and should posses ability to use modern technology in Electronic manufacturing process
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the expected goals within time using advance technologies in electronic manufacturing area
