Performs a variety of engineering work in planning design and modification of fixtures tools and manufacturing processes. Resolves production problems and completes documentation on assigned parts
- Develops evaluates improves and documents manufacturing processes
- Develops and implements process control techniques including work instructions using tools such as SPC PFMEA
- Analyses manufacturing process flows continually for the improvements of quality cost reduction lead-time reduction for new work
- Collarborates with other functions to ensure effective production methods
- Coordinates part inspection procedures with Quality Engineers.
- Addresses and documents cause and corrective action issues to prevent future problem occurrences.
- Determines required material and tools for production
- Creates and registers changes to work instructions
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in english
- 5 years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer
