ThisManagerlevelrolewill hold a key position within theCCStrategy&Transformation(S&T)team.This role willbe responsible forplanning and executingassignedprojectsacross our multi-functionalCClocations.The role will involve working globally withCCleadership WBD functionalstakeholdersand other internaland external (e.g.Talent Acquisition Outsource partners)groups.
Your Role Accountabilities
Plan and execute assigned projectsacross the followingCC S&TGlobalProcesses:e.g.Design and Transition Continuous Improvement Digital AutomationTrainingor Integration responsibilities include:
Develop a comprehensive execution plan following the relevant Global Processmethodologyand playbook making sure all activities are completed on time and within scope.
Create plans and documents to outline project expectations scopescheduleand budgetrequirements.
Participate inmeetings/workshops with executive leadership to develop project scope resource requirements timelines communicationplansandbudgets.
Keep all parties involved withthe projectupdated on itsprogress.
Buildrelationshipswith key internal stakeholders andclients.
Create reports and presentations to keep executive leadership up to date on schedulebudgetandstatus.
Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly meetings with all stakeholders to collect status and discuss issues.
Spot any issues and risks and propose effective solutionsand/or escalateto resolve them swiftly.
Ensure allprojecttollgatesaremet beforeprojectshutdown.
Support CC S&Tleadership inGlobal Process Owner activities including development and maintenance in playbooks templatessupportingdocumentationandtraining.
Support CC S&TleadershipinCustomer Relationship Manageractivities includingdevelopment oftransformation roadmapsandpreparationfor and participation in governancemeetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
Minimum5years of experience in a large multinational corporation with experience in aback-officesupport function consulting/strategyor BPO/shared services organization
Experience with large scale high visibility businessprocessor organizational transformation
Experience managingand supportingprojectsdriving implementation and adoption of automation including machine learningAgentic AIandRPA
Experiencefacilitatingworkshops
Experiencechangemanagement processimprovementand operating model design
Experience in Transformation including roadmap development and implementation
Experience managingand supportingprojects across multiple global locations
Successfultrack recordof leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutions
International experience
Education Professional Training Technical Training or Certification
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Accounting Business Management Economics Technology Human Resources)
MBA preferred

Entertainment industry experience a plus
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
