Manager Facilities

• Lead all facility operations including building maintenance utilities infrastructure and site services.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems such as HVAC electrical distribution compressed air water systems generators fire protection systems and backup power equipment.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead facility expansion renovation and capital improvement projects.
• Manage facility budgets operating expenses and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate contractors vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective execution.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.
• Drive energy efficiency sustainability and cost reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Operations to ensure facilities support current and future manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Facilities Management or a related field.
• Experience leading facilities maintenance utilities or infrastructure operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and building systems.
• Experience managing budgets capital projects and external contractors.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
