Maintenance Technician Team Leader 1

In this role you will beresponsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of production equipment through the execution of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards your role will involve:

• Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment robots and automated systems to ensure optimal performance reliability and uptime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic PLC and automation-related issues minimizing downtime and supporting production objectives.

• Program maintain and optimize PLCs industrial robots vision systems and automated manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency and process performance.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of equipment failures implementing corrective actions and collaborating with engineering teams on equipment upgrades and automation enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with safety quality and maintenance standards by conducting equipment inspections maintaining accurate maintenance records and preparing technical reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.

If you have/are:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in equipment maintenance automation and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics blueprints and equipment manuals.

• Advanced expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting industrial robotics vision systems and automated manufacturing technologies.

• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills with a proactive self-directed approach and strong commitment to safety equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
