Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage preventive maintenance activities for all plant Facilities equipment.
- Support maintenance of the entire facility including utilities management HVAC systems fire protection systems and related infrastructure.
- Diagnose troubleshoot replace repair test and adjust electrical electronic mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic machinery and equipment.
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems.
- Procure spare parts and services including contractor selection administration and management to support maintenance activities and projects.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and repair/calibration records for all equipment.
- Plan and manage general maintenance activities and special projects.
- Lead coordinate and schedule the daily responsibilities of the maintenance team.
- Support facility safety programs and environmental compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities and assist in upgrading existing equipment to more efficient and productive alternatives.
- Continuously monitor and improve equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize operational reliability.
- Manage monitor and ensure compliance with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure the continuous and safe operation of CNC machining centers CNC lathes auxiliary equipment and plant facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage the human material and financial resources of the maintenance department.
- Ensure compliance with the departments Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Minimize equipment downtime and unplanned production interruptions.
- Coordinate the troubleshooting and resolution of critical equipment failures.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and ensure implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Supervise the installation commissioning and validation of new equipment and technologies.

Language
- Bilingual: Advanced English.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Minimum of 5 years managing a facilities Department.
