Machinery Assembler

Assemble machinery according to the SOW reporting progress through L2L to maintain the approved schedule. Provide Support in machinery delivery Loops and project development.

Build machinery based on a 3d design electrical and pneumatic diagrams based on Autoliv standards and regulations ensuring mechanical/electrical/pneumatic operation

Machine and electrical enclosure assembled in accordance with the SWO in agreement with the schedule.

Redlines of electrical/pneumatic connections.

Dispatch Follow up in L2L assemble on time

Technical Career / Mechanical engineering mechatronics electronics or similar.

3 Years experience in machinery assembly processes.

Interpretation of layouts; electric pneumatic mechanical.

Management of standards and procedures.

Basic knowledge in design and programming software

Solid Woks

Draftsight

2d interpretation of mechanical drawings.

2d interpretation of pneumatic diagrams

Knowledge of pneumatics electronics mechanics and electricity applications and installations.

Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley (Rockwell) components.

Basic knowledge of cognex/keyence cameras and scanners.

PDM Design & Order

Leading 2 Lean

Knowledge of applicable MPS and SWI

APS tools
