Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to drive and manage full-lifecycle recruiting for various roles. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance for a diverse range of technical and professional positions.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future staffing needs develop effective recruitment strategies and create compelling job descriptions.
* Proactively source identify and engage passive and active candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter industry events professional networks and internal databases.
* Conduct in-depth interviews assess candidate qualifications and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
* Manage and optimize the candidate experience ensuring clear communication timely feedback and a positive impression of Jabil.
* Negotiate complex offers ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.
* Utilize and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
* Mentor and guide junior recruiters providing training and support on best practices and recruitment techniques.
* Stay informed of industry trends market conditions and best practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment processes.
* Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition employer branding and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
* 5 years of progressive experience in full-lifecycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiting role preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles including technical engineering and corporate functions.
* Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and other professional networks.
* Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with Workday experience preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and colleagues.
* Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
