We are currently searching for a Lead Analyst:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Lead one or more projects and workstreams.
- Structure and manage the teams work from end-to-end.
- Provide guidance and direction to consulting teams.
- Balance execution coordination and stakeholder management in a hands-on capacity.
- Take ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.
- Conceptualize business problems and drive problem-solving initiatives.
- Generate insights and develop high-quality deliverables and presentations.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Up to 10 years of overall experience.
- Leadership experience ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience with consulting strategy business transformation or project-based roles.
- Experience structuring and analyzing business problems generating insights and recommendations.
- Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.
- Strong communication skills and a strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
- Strategic DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between strategic business consulting and purely operational administrative or technical implementation tasks.
Desired
- Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation.
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
- Advanced Spanish.
