IT Service Management ServiceNow / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialist - SME

Seeking Experienced ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialists SME for Exciting Projects in Monterrey Saltillo and Mexico City

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialists SME with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role involves supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations validating configurations ensuring quality standards and providing expert guidance across multiple ServiceNow modules with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Expert across ITSM ITOM ITAM (SAM/HAM) and EA modules.
Provide best practice guidance to design and implementation teams.
Review and validate configurations against approved functional designs.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards and best practices.
Review CMDB structures CI relationships asset mappings and data models.
Validate integration alignment and cross-module configurations.
Support UAT defect triage and prioritization.
Assist in identifying technical risks and quality concerns.
Validate reporting dashboards and operational readiness.
Support hypercare activities and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Technical Skills Required:

With over 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow SME candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in the following:

ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
CMDB structures and CI relationship management
Cross-module integrations and operational support

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Excellent communication empathy leadership commitment and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Remote work from Mexico City Guadalajara Monterrey and Coahuila.
• Work hours Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory and only residents of GDL MTY Coahuila and CDMX.
