IT Intern

• Apoyo en la documentación de la renovación / actualización de la infraestructura tales como: Unidad de almacenamiento switch principal Sistema de videovigilancia y control de acceso.
• Apoyo en el desarrollo de documentación de DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan)
• Apoyo en las tareas básicas de soporte técnico en el área de IT como administración de cuentas de usuario soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios finales vía remota.

Qualifications :

Escolaridad: Estudiantes de últimos semestres en carreras como: Ing. En sistemas Computacionales Lic. Informática o a fin.

Ingles: intermedio. (contestar correo y leer manuales)

Áreas de Interés: infraestructura comunicaciones aplicaciones en la nube servicio al cliente (Help desk).

Conocimiento básico: 

• Excel
• Cisco
• VmWare
• Office 365
