Where Youll Make a Difference

• Support commercial projects and account-related activities for the Sales Scent team.

• Follow up on ongoing customer projects and ensure timely progress of key deliverables.

• Assist in coordinating meetings agendas and action plans with internal stakeholders.

• Support the preparation and organization of commercial presentations and materials.

• Coordinate sample shipments and related documentation for customers.

• Maintain and update account information and project trackers.

• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

• Provide administrative and analytical support for customer-focused initiatives.

• Assist with reporting and data management activities using Microsoft Office tools.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Active university student pursuing a degree in Business Administration Finance International Business Marketing or a related field.

• Currently between the 3rd and 7th semester of studies.

• Availability to complete a 12-month internship program.

• Advanced written and reading comprehension in English.

• Basic verbal communication skills in English.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including formulas filters charts and pivot tables.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

• High attention to detail and effective communication skills.

• Previous internship academic project or extracurricular experience related to sales commercial operations or account management.
