Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional AI Communications & Operations Intern to join our growing this role you will be involved in working at the intersection of AI tools internal communications and program operations inside a fast-moving enterprise software company. You will support a portfolio of content strategy across all programs and initiatives. Your core job is to take raw inputs and turn them into clean clear audience-ready outputs faster and better than could be done without you. As well as support the design of how AI supports content maintenance and management.
In this role you will also be responsible to:
Support the design of our internal content strategy
Use AI tools (Claude ChatGPT and others) to transform and polish our communications and documentation strategy
Build and maintain enablement documents checklists and operational trackers
Support Asana project management across an active portfolio
Synthesize research and cross-functional inputs into structured briefs and slide narratives
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in communications business marketing or a related field
Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar in a practical context
Strong written communication skills with a clear direct style
Organized proactive and comfortable working with multiple workstreams at once
Familiarity with Google Workspace Slack and project management tools is a plus
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
Proactive mentality with the ability to see the big picture and make recommendations on how to improve the details and gaps in between
Strong advocacy skills
Confidence to hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables
