El ingeniero de procesos de fabricación es responsable de mejorar las líneas asignadas para cumplir con los requisitos de productividad de acuerdo con las métricas claves de rendimiento y responsable de optimizar el flujo de producto de las líneas e implementar los requisitos de cambio a través de SUS MOD NCMR CAPA además requiere habilidades y conocimientos técnicos experiencia en cualquier industria en mecánica hidráulica neumática y resolución de problemas.

Lo que estarás haciendo:

• Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua mediante metodologías Lean Manufacturing.
• Liderar actividades de validación y cualificación de procesos (IQ/OQ/PQ DOE SPC).
• Optimizar el flujo de fabricación el balanceo de líneas y el diseño de estaciones de trabajo
• Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua
• Herramientas estadísticas (DOE SPC
• Validación de procesos y sistemas de calidad (CAPA gestión de cambios)
• Conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos neumáticos o hidráulicos
• Sistemas ERP (se prefiere JDE)
• AutoCAD SolidWorks o similar

Lo que aportaras:

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Mecánica Industrial Mecatrónica o afín)
• Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
• Comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Experiencia en liderazgo y ejecución de proyectos.
• Ingles Intermedio.
