Bachelors Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelors Degree Industrial Engineering. Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelors Degree Electrical Engineering. Bachelors Degree Electronic Engineering. 5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Assure production and facilities equipment availability. To provide solutions to the company requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .
2. Develop and implement improvement projects ensure safety follow procedures and manufacturers recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .
3. Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.
2. Advanced knowledge of electrical electronic mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
3. Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
4. Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
5. Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
6. Use of measuring and control systems.
7. Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.
8. Data analysis driven.
9. Sound judgment and creativity to make changes & negotiation skills.
10. Mentoring & training.
11. Microsoft office and CMMS maintenance system (IE. Maximo MP2 Infor Etc.).
12. Strong adaptability and collaboration/teamwork skills.
