INGENIERO DE MANTENIMIENTO II (SERVICIOS) 1 1in GAC Mexicali
Unique Skills:
- Serve as an escalation point from employees to suppliers for incidents or improvement ideas with the service they provide
- Develop metrics based on the information gathered to achieve the objectives
- Coordinate the different employee services committees such as transportation and cafeteria
- Follow up on employee satisfaction surveys manage the database and analyze the results to ensure continuous improvement in all the services we offer.
- Capture and manage service orders in the SAP system
- Ensure the continuous operation and availability of services and equipment through the coordination of maintenance suppliers and operations where activities may involve one or more of these functions.
- Drive improvement strategies that enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with quality safety and legal requirements as applicable and monitor performance (KPIs) budget and internal customer satisfaction.

- 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE Maximo MP2 Infor).
- Strong adaptability and collaboration.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- English spoken and written 85%.
- Communication skills.
- Project Management mid to high impact (Safety quality cost).
- Knowledge in equipment and building maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical electronic mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
- Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
- Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
- Use of measuring and control equipment and/or Customer service Knowledge of services transportation and cafeteria operations.
