THE WORK:

Youll supervise all aspects of a complex structural and electrical construction project ensuring compliance withSTPS / OSHA.

Youll advise senior management on contractors safety plans and ensure their implementation in each project.

Youll provide review and oversight of Health and Safety management procedures in construction.

Youll attend safety and management department meetings training workshops and daily activity briefings.

Youll supervise all subcontractors and contractors ensuring their competence.

Youll continuously encourage and promote Health and Safety initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behavior across all projects.

Youll manage local regulations.

Youll perform additional duties as assigned.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:

Minimum of7 years of experiencein construction safety with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management
Extensive experience in communications with contractors coordination with design teams and other project professionals
Advanced experience in executingdata centersormission-critical constructions

Advanced proficiency in using computer tools

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Bachelors degree in a safety-related field
Experience as anOwners Representative
NFPA 70ecertification
Previous experience in construction projects
Residency inQuerétaroor willingness to relocate
