The Information Technology Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of IT infrastructure and systems at Jabil Inc. This role involves leading a team managing projects and ensuring the reliability security and efficiency of all IT services to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:**

* Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Manage the implementation maintenance and upgrade of Jabils IT infrastructure including networks servers and cloud environments.
* Oversee IT projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and scope.
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security system integrity and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
* Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
* Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
* Develop and manage the IT budget optimizing expenditures while ensuring necessary resources are available.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
* Ensure timely and effective technical support to end-users.

Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Proven experience with IT infrastructure management (servers networking cloud platforms like Azure/AWS).
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
* Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and project management tools.
* Excellent leadership team management and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.
* Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP ITIL CCNA Microsoft Certified) are highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
