Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Regulatory Solutions Consultant to join our team reporting to the Delivery Manager. In this role youll help financial institutions solve complex regulatory reporting and data challenges by designing and delivering technology solutions that drive compliance efficiency and business value.

- Design and implement regulatory reporting solutions that meet clients business and compliance needs.
- Partner directly with clients to understand requirements analyze data and recommend effective solutions.
- Lead solution delivery activities and support successful project execution from design through implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Technology Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in consulting regulatory reporting data analysis or financial technology.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel; experience working with data and reporting tools.
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance Technology Accounting or a related field.
- Experience within capital markets regulatory reporting or fintech environments.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Ability to travel for client engagements as required.
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.

This position will be located in Mexico City Mexico and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
