Health Safety and Sustainability Engineer (ergonomics engineer) AST

• The Ergonomic Engineer is responsible for designing evaluating and improving work systems tools and environments to optimize human performance health safety and productivity.

• This role applies ergonomic principles human factors engineering and data-driven risk assessment methods to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) improve employee well-being and support operational excellence.

• The Ergonomic Engineer works crossfunctionally with operations engineering health and safety and human resources to embed ergonomics into workplace design and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Previous Experience Ergonomic application

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote cross-functional environment.

• Familiarity with digital tools and technology-driven workflows.

• Commitment to safety standards ethics and continuous learning.

• Safety Engineer Reporting / Analytics role.

• ISO14 / ISO45 Audit application.

• Experience in multi-plant or global environments.

• USA Visa B1/B2 Valid Conversational English
