Work Location: Reynosa
Work Schedule: Monday -Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

How Youll Make an Impact
Support the development and implementation of environmental health and safety programs and initiatives.
Identify assess and help mitigate workplace and environmental risks.
Investigate incidents accidents and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver training and guidance on safety practices procedures and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
Partner with engineering operations and leadership teams to strengthen workplace safety performance.
Build relationships with community stakeholders and support environmental stewardship initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance health safety and environmental outcomes.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Environmental Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering Occupational Health or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in environmental health and safety roles.
Knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
Experience conducting incident investigations risk assessments and compliance audits.
Strong communication and training skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Ability to work independently with general supervision while managing complex issues and priorities.
